The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially with arranging transportation. The hotel's location was convenient, close to a shopping center and fast food chains as well as a bank within walking distance.
The language barrier could be a challenge for non-Chinese speakers as most of the staff had limited proficiency in English. The room did not have a safe or a fridge available, which was a downside.

We had a pleasant stay at this 5, star hotel. the room was clean with no unpleasant odors and the bathroom was spacious with adequate toiletries. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast had a good variety of food options, and the atmosphere in the breakfast hall was unlike the usual hustle, and, bustle of most restaurants in China. the housekeeping staff showed great commitment and even found a lost package. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and a bank.
Limited TV channels with mostly local channels and few international options.

Just a 10 minutes' walk away there was Licun tube station. Licang district certainly deserves to be visited. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly...

The hotel had limited English-speaking staff, which made communication difficult at times. the room lacked a fridge and there was no safe.
